New detections of radioactive iodine across the globe

Seeing as monitors are picking up minute levels of radioactive iodine. Is that a conclusive piece of evidence of recriticality at Fukushima? Are there any new measurements being followed up? Reading about bio accumulation I am concerned that we are going to see further increases of radioactive isotopes in our food supply.
