Please update the Radiation Counts for Milk
This is extremely helpful as you can see the Cesium counts are increasing again. Please update the readings if you get a chance.
The situation in Fukushima is starting to turn down for the worse, so it is likely these counts will continue to get worse.
It's better to be a little ahead of the curve rather than behind.
Keep up the good work!

This week
Thanks, we'll be testing more samples this week. We've had a pause in our testing due to some construction in the room we are set up in.
What is your source for information that the situation is "starting to turn down for the worse"? There are no new depositions of fallout in our area, nor have there been any major releases since late March. So the cesium levels in milk are only from what has already been deposited in the grass and hay that the cows are eating.

>> nor have there been any major releases since late March
Not sure what this means since TEPCO has indicated complete melt throughs. A melt through means the corium is outside of containment. How would major releases be detected? Call me skeptical, but TEPCO's assessment of the situation has always gotten worse as time goes on, which indicates a reporting bias.
>> no new depositions of fallout in our area
Isn't that an assumption that your tests are supposed to prove/disprove?
I think you might mean "no major depositions" based on your previous statement. That doesn't mean that there isn't a slow buildup of radioactive cesium that is accumulating. In fact, that's exactly the scenario we should all fear since the half-life is so great.
I don't mean to be contentious, you guys are doing great work. However, trust in the nuclear industry (all inclusive) has been greatly diminished, and won't be regained without an open-eyed look at what is going on. The truth is going to come out anyway (a result of the Internet Reformation). The game has changed due to the Internet, best to be ahead of the curve rather than behind it.
Hello, Mark & BRAWM
Hello, Mark & BRAWM team,
that's really great news that you'll continue to monitor milk. Thank you!
radiation updates?
Would it be possible to get more frequent updates? Also, is there a worldwide chart somewhere showing radiation counts on a worldwide level?
