What is the deal with your sites spam filter

Is it broken or are u letting the power of fake spam takeover? Is this way of letting crisis fade away ?c'mon guys what's up?please increase your validations.

Sorry everyone for the problem. It is not clear why the duplicate filter did not kick in properly, so I increased some settings and removed the spam by hand.
