Food processors NEVER detail the source in processed foods.

Simply REJECT and BOYCOTT industrial, processed foods. Source locally to maintain control over your diet. There is at present no other way.

Most radionuclide fallout hits the ground and more or less stays there until wind or water move it. Some however are analogs to elements used in plant and animal metabolism. This means that if they are present plants and animals will absorb them and concentrate them as they move up the food chain.

The solution remains simple. Source from places that do not concentrate fallout AND eat low on the food chain. Sourcing local will give you a better chance to control your food sources in both the short and long term. Join a CSA.

Japan is already complete toast but we have a chance....still
