Cs-137 Transfer Coefficients for Beef

Interesting article from the 60's-

Here's the upshot - depending on their diet, cattle's flesh will contain between 1-4% the level of Cs-137 contained in their daily diet. Obviously the same will hold true for the Cs-134. The beef in the study reflected an average level of ~9bq/kg of Cs-137.
Here's a question - does anyone know of any info for the transfer coefficients in the human diet? For example, if I eat a kilo of beef that has 9bq/kg (BTW, I am not infering that is the current level in beef) of Cs-137, how much of that does my body absorb?
