If by "Fukushima" you mean the power plant and not the prefecture; then the only product they make there is electricity.

If you are attempting to imply that the Fukushima nuclear power plant makes material for nuclear weapons, you can forget that. Power reactors are not production reactors, and really poor at producing weapons material. The high fuel burnups achieved in power reactors make plutonium that is pretty useless for nuclear weapons.
