Federal Environmental Fraud - Chapter 1
Fraud is a poor basis for conducting public policy. Federal fraud is detrimental to formation of nuclear and environmental policies. To that end, perhaps the American public should review the investigations of our federal agencies. The facts surrounding BP Macondo mass fatality and environmental Armageddon do not match the conclusions of the Joint Investigative Team Report (JITR). The JITR does not conform to the charge they were given at the outset of the investigation.

Going to the 'Dark Side'
The federal environmental frauds related to the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Disaster represent a substantial departure from these earlier environmental frauds.
This time, ,many direct hazards to life, health and property have been deliberately concealed by the US Government.
US citizens exposed to mortal hazards to life and limb; deserve accurate information. This has not been the governmental behavior pattern in this instance.
The ongoing pattern of federal lies and environmental fraud is expanding. The character of the violations can be accurately described as 'going to the dark-side'.

Solar (photo-voltaic) electrical systems, such as Solyndra, represent a fraud upon the USA taxpayer and electrical consumer, in the name of environmentalism or fictitious green jobs.

Sinking the MODU

BP deliberately scuttled the MODU, under the watchful eye of the USCG and in full view of the public. The EPA, OSHA and Interior were on the scene.
Fireships, in the employ of BP, pumped the MODU full of water and it sank. This is in violation of offshore fire fighting Rule-1. "Never sink the ship!"
The 'investigative report' should receive a ZERO, for the most inept coverup attempt in human history.

Contractor tells of BP interference

METAIRIE, La. — BP interfered with critical efforts to lower an undersea robot to try to close the device that failed to stop the massive Gulf of Mexico oil spill because of concerns over heat buildup from the burning rig, a salvage firm executive said Monday.
Doug Martin, president of Smit Salvage Americas, which was hired to help try to save the Deepwater Horizon after it exploded, told a federal investigative panel that in the hours after the April 20 disaster, he thought it was important to quickly get the robot into the water so engineers could choke off the oil.
Martin said he thought the delay was interference by BP.

Doug Martin, president of Smit Salvage Americas, testified at the U.S. Coast Guard and Bureau of Energy Management joint investigation of the April 20, 2010, Deepwater Horizon oil rig explosion in the Gulf of Mexico. In his remarks he said that BP hindered his company's efforts to stop the flow of oil into the Gulf of Mexico.

This is all very peculiar. The BP Macondo blowout is the largest oceanic oil spill in the history of the Americas.
Executive Order 3298 and the Convening Order signed by Thad Allen, Janet Napolitano, Ken Salazar and Elizabeth Birnbaum; call for investigation into the MODU SINKING. The order is clear.
So … WHO sunk it? Who ordered the sinking? Who relayed the order? Who approved the order?
The responsible party(s) should be brought to justice …
It is peculiar that neither political party, nor either house of congress has demanded to know ... "Who sank the ship?"

Nixonian Criminality

The Obama Gang has compiled a sorry record for public safety, the environment, overt criminal acts and cover-ups. Team Obama has quickly eclipsed the criminality of Jorge Boosh and Slick Willy Clinton. Not since Richard Milhouse Nixon have citizen constitutional rights been so compromised and criminals so openly plied their trade within high government offices.
The BP Macondo criminality is illustrative of a total collapse of personal integrity and constitutional governance. The Interior Department, under Secretary Kenneth Salazar, was grossly derelict of their duty to protect human life, oceanic fisheries, mineral reservoirs, the environment and honesty in government. Their dereliction of duty directly resulted in the needless death of 11 workers.
Team Obama then compounded their criminal misdeeds when the ship was deliberatelynscuttled. This resulted in the largest oceanic oil spill in American history. The Obama Gang has spent a year trying to cover up their trail of crimes. They have thereby compromised the Coast Guard, US Navy and the Department of the Interior.
SINKING the MODU

The initial explosions on the BP Macondo well caused 11 fatalities.
The Mobil Offshore Drilling Unit (MODU) was only a giant O&G flare in the night sky.
NO OIL spilled into the Gulf of Mexico (GOM); until the MODU was scuttled.

Federal Frauds Generally

Certainly, federal frauds are not limited to environmental disasters and/or solar-voltaic electrical grid applications. Western governments are now, for the most part, little more than fraud; in all their works and deeds.
The frauds of the USA government are unfortunately rather typical for governments in Europe and the Americas. And certainly, the government of Japan, Inc. and the CTBTO have demonstrated little candor with respect to the recent nuclear disaster at the Fukushima Daiichi plant.
Systemic fraud is not a stable foundation for a global economy. Thus, the unreformed global financial system continues to teeter on the brink of collapse. Oh, and another pack of lies will not fix it.
Fraudster Billionaires
Whether we choose to view the fraudster billionaires (and want-to-bes) on the (political) left, such as George Soros and Al Gore, or their cheating, lying counterparts on the (political) right; FRAUD is the theme.
Political labels such as 'left/right', generally speaking, have little relevance, where the over arching objective is to defraud the public.
Fewer, so-called right-wing billionaire fraudsters are focused on environmental scams such as solar-voltaic... but, environmentalism and green are for the most part, flags of convenience for all such 'gamers'.
