EPA- where are the monthly precipitation results? Isn't that your routine schedule?

Carefully reading the EPA website, it says precipitation is monitored monthly on their routine schedule to which they have returned. Given a number of recent videos regarding high counts I decided to search and one again wasted my time. I could not find any results in my region since April 2011.
