Fukushima has leaked 168 Hiroshima blasts of radiation
What happens if one of the 35 year old GE Mark 1 nuclear reactors in the US goes into meltdown due to a power shortage like Japan's Fukushima disaster?

The release of 168 times as much Cesium 137 as was released in the Hiroshima blast? And still ongoing, maybe for decades.
How many cross country flights would we have to take to get that amount of radiation? Is comparing the release of Cesium 137 to the Hiroshima blast a better analogy than the cross-country flight?
Does anyone have the guts to say this is not a dangerous level? 30 year half life; that's 300 years before it's gone! Would this change the 'world as we know it', for those of us in the US who might survive? Can't happen here? Is anyone here suffering from Normalcy Bias?

Released by the USA in the
Released by the USA in the middle of a city. And then Nagasaki. And then hundreds of atmospheric testing detonations with devices which dwarfed Little Boy and Fat man.
