Whenever people are in
Whenever people are in danger it will be the duty of the government to necessary steps in avoiding danger which the people of the country facing but I don’t find any of such commitment from the government of Japanese, even they are not taking responsibility of evacuating the people from radiation exposure prone area. The responsibility of government doesn’t comes to an end just by reducing the radiation exposure it have to take all necessary steps. This type of irresponsibility of government will lead to the death of many country peoples.I think they can ask people to use Filtrete for purification of waters.I just want to say government should try something to reduce the radiation in food and water.

Many Japanese also are growing increasingly wary of the government’s handling of the crisis and concerned about the spread of radioactive particles.
A video titled “Japanese government killing its own people in Fukushima” has attracted more than 100,000 hits since it was posted on YouTube on Monday.
The video, with English subtitles, shows Fukushima city residents berating a man identified as “Akira Satoh, director of the local Nuclear Emergency Response headquarters” during a seminar, and then following him to an elevator demanding the government test the urine of children in Fukushima.

Only those who have evacuated from government-designated evacuation zones are eligible for provisional compensation by Tokyo Electric Power Co., the operator of the crippled Fukushima No. 1 Nuclear Power Plant, or to receive donations that the Japanese Red Cross Society and other organizations have collected from the general public.
No compensation has been paid to households with children who have evacuated from areas that are more than 30 kilometers away from the crippled plant and where high levels of radiation have been detected. It is hard to understand that the government has failed to rectify such unfairness.
The Fukushima Prefectural Government has asked the national government to use taxpayers' money to cover the costs of voluntary evacuation. The Japan Federation of Bar Associations has announced its official view that at the very least, compensation needs to be paid to those who have voluntarily fled so-called radiation controlled zones where more than 5.2 millisieverts of radiation a year has been detected and where nobody but those who are deemed absolutely necessary are allowed to enter. The government should extend assistance to evacuees from affected areas -- including those who want to evacuate from such areas but have been unable to do so -- in a fair manner.
The government should pay compensation to evacuees while taking into account the state of affairs of radiation contamination in their respective neighborhoods.

It is highly likely that Japan will soon include ‘voluntary’ evacuees in the national compensation plan. The Fukushima population was urged to do the best you can, during the early stages of the Fukushima power plant disaster. If they did their best, the Japanese citizenry fully complied with official instructions. In retrospect, those who quickly evacuated south, after the Tsunami, actually accomplished this objective. Their actions will prove to be the most economical; for cancer treatment is quite expensive.
Also, many Japanese residents of Fukushima were aware that Australia called for an 80 kilometer evacuation, England and the USA broadcast 50 mile ex-pat evacuations and England included Tokyo. The USA evacuated all military dependants.

As a result of the releases of radioactivity from the nuclear site you will have been contaminated with substances which are believed by some scientists to carry significant harm to your health. You have been reassured by the Japanese government and international agencies that at the doses you have received there is NO chance of any measurable ill health occurring. But there are other scientists who believe that these exposures may be much more harmful than the Japanese government and their advisors believe. If it turns out that the government have been wrongly advised, or have not adequately investigated the scientific evidence, then your family would be in a position to obtain legal redress since the government will have failed in their duty of care.
The questionnaire below will enable scientists to discover if the radiation has harmed your health. This questionnaire defines a background for a range of health conditions associated with radiation. You will be asked to fill out another questionnaire in 3 years and 5 years time. Your answers are very important to the Japanese people and are also valuable for humanity in the assessment of risk from internal radiation exposures. The Kaiten ("Heaven Shakers") were manned torpedoes intended for suicide attack. They were based on the Model 3 Long Lance torpedo. After the loss of Saipan in June 1944, A crash program was begun to manufacture the weapon and train its crew, under the cover name "Circle Six Metal Fitting." Specifications: Type 2, Tonnage 18.2 tons, Dimensions 55'2" by 4'5" by 4'5", Maximum speed 40 knots, Dive 75 meters, Armament 1.55 ton explosive charge, Range 83 nautical miles at 20 knots The kaiten was aptly described by Theodore Cook as "not so much a ship as an insertion of a human being into a very large torpedo."
The Kaiten's first combat mission took place on 18 November 1944. Submarines I-36, I-37, and I-47 were equipped with four Kaiten each. I-37 was detected and sunk before it could carry out its attack, and I-36 suffered malfunctions of three of its four Kaiten, but I-47 was able to launch all four. The mother submarines heard several explosions some time after launching their Kaiten, and the Japanese made claims of three carriers and two battleships sunk. However, Allied records show that the only casualty was oiler Mississinewa.
A Kaiten was responsible for the destruction of destroyer escort Underhill on 24 July 1945. Underhill made a sound contact and rammed the Kaiten, thereby accomplishing its mission for it. The forward half of the destroyer escort was obliterated in a massive explosion that killed 112 of the crew, leaving 116 survivors to be rescued by nearby ships. Some historians suspect that Indianapolis fell victim to a Kaiten rather than conventional torpedo attack, though the commander of the submarine credited with sinking Indianapolis insisted that he used conventional torpedoes rather than his load of Kaiten.
About 1375 crew were assigned to Kaiten, many of whom were volunteers from among the trainee pilots of the Tsuchiura and Nara naval air stations. However, a shortage of the craft meant that only 150 sailors completed the training course, with fifteen deaths during training. In return for sinking Mississinewa, Underhill, and cargo ship Canada Victory, the Japanese expended 80 Kaiten and their crew in combat, another 15 in training accidents, and eight mother submarines with over 600 men.

Kamikaze, "Divine Wind", was Japan's last attempt to balance the ever increasing technological and material advantage of the American forces advancing to Japan. The Kamikaze attack tactic was suggested on October 19, 1944, by vice-Admiral Onishi of the Japanese Navy, when he was assigned to command the air attacks against the huge American invasion fleet off the Philippines, and then realized that he had less than 100 operational aircraft for this task. There was no way to sink or even severely damage the American fleet in any conventional tactic, so the Admiral needed a force multiplier, a way to get a significantly greater striking power from a given force.
The solution was obvious. Guided weapons provide dramatically greater accuracy and lethality than unguided weapons, producing much greater damage per weapon unit and per sortie. Such weapons already existed and were operational for over a year then, but not in Japan. Admiral Onishi suggested that volunteer pilots will guide their bomb-carrying aircraft all the way to an explosive suicide collision with their American warship targets, acting as a living guidance system, literally becoming "smart bombs". The new tactic was adopted immediately. Large numbers of pilots, initially qualified and experienced pilots and later air cadets with minimal training who were asked to volunteer, were assigned to "Special Attack" air wings, the official name of the Kamikaze units. Their goal and motto was "One man - one ship".
To increase the Kamikaze pilots chance of successful penetration of the American Navy's dense perimeter defense of fighters and anti-aircraft ships, and reach the main ships in the center, most desirably the aircraft carriers, the Japanese concentrated most of the Kamikaze pilots attacks during the battle of Okinawa in ten large attack waves of mixed Kamikaze and conventional attack aircraft, in an attempt to saturate the American defenses. These large attack waves, nicknamed Kikosui (floating Chrysanthemum), were also coordinated with the Japanese naval and ground operations of the battle of Okinawa, the war's last great battle.

The tradition of death instead of defeat, capture, and perceived shame was deeply entrenched in Japanese military culture. It was one of the primary traditions in the samurai life and the Bushido code: loyalty and honor until death.

Ansatsu (assassination) and kiru (Murder) and seppuku (suicide) each play a prominent role. So for example, Naval Admiral Isoroku Takano Yamamoto, architect of the Pearl Harbor attack, faced a number of Japanese ansatsu threats, primarily from army officers, during his career. The American citizenry are merely observers to the unfolding political events in Japan. It remains to be seen how these deadly rituals and vignettes shall play out or if they shall result in great turmoil.

Certainly, the corporate actions of TEPCO, General Electric, Hitachi, Toshiba, Siemens and Areva have not been to the general benefit of the Japanese people or the Japanese nation. The Japanese are simply not a passive people, particularly when their family, honor or homeland are threatened.

This is so scary because in reality of you think about it no government will want to mass evacuate to where, how many, where do you draw the line as there will beeople wanting to be evacuated at all levels.
