Either there are a small number of patients who happen to piss like Secretariat ... or quite a few cancer patients whizzing in that area.
Now you have to ask yourself ... why so many thyroid cancer patients in that part of the country?
Couldn't possibly be proximity to all those "safe", "clean", friendly little nuclear power plants ... right?
