It shouldn't be heavily contaminated. Fortunately, the air from north and south of the equator do not mix very well. (Sorry, I don't have a link to that factoid right at hand...)

I think only traces amount of Xenon-133 were detected in Australia, but no other contaminants in the southern hemisphere that I know of.
