Honestly, between the hormones, and pasteurization, and now possibly various fall out products why drink milk ?
The frankenfood industry is practically shoving down our throats and I don't like it much ! Isn't Whole Foods market supposed to be a healthy place to shop ?
I was in there yesterday found Cheerios (GMO ect. ) on the cereal shelf, pulled pork enchiladas and white flour cakes with an inch of thick frostings and colored goo, galore in the deli section. Ugh !
It is downright creepy. But don't worry the "white flour" in all those cakes is "organic" so that makes it good for you. What a joke !
