Truth about widespread nuclear pollution
This is a grim, but realistic and devastatingly honest website. It tells what is really going on in the world nuclear world. Well, as much as he can find out, considering the utter secrecy and cover-ups.
The information in link below is probably why so many nuclear engineers think the Fukushima disaster is not significant to our health. There has been so much radiation released over the Northern Hemisphere that they probably think a little more won't hurt.

The thing is, no nuclear engineering professor teaches the harm that low level exposure can cause. It isn't their expertise and they have likely been told otherwise. Yet, wouldn't it seem reasonable, considering our intellectual and manufacturing abilities, to make sure that nothing, yes nothing, is built if it's repercussions on the environment and living beings have not been thoroughly investigated and proven to be safe?
Or are we, as a species, simply a fool-hardy, naive and greedy lot bent on our planet's destruction?

Have learned about a lot of
Have learned about a lot of these, yet am not convinced Fukushima is not a game-changer, due to scale! Before a triple melt through happened and was just theoretical, I think many experts would agree. Now that it is a reality to believe we now face something so dark is too hard for most. Horror movie vs. genuine horror. Myself, I never liked horror movies, but I face the reality I'm dealt, no matter what. It is the new reality, no sense trying to cling to the past.
We should stop trying to
We should stop trying to prove to the world that we can accept horrible realities of any sort! It does not make or show that we are somewhat superior and stronger than the rest of us passive people. This so called acceptance and justification only helps governments and the industry to continue to hide and increase acceptable levels of toxins in food, air and water. Do not sit by and accept , call your officials and say that their inaction is unconscionable and criminal, that is what you need to do and accept only strong action and condemnation of our government and the industry,
I so agree with you.
I so agree with you. However, the sad reality that has hit me like a ton of bricks is that no one really cares. The whole issue swept under the rug, to the convenience of most of the populace. And that's that.
