By my lights, the bounty of the seabed, should be owned and controlled by the adjacent nations, to the oceanic 50 yard line.
Does the USA have one presidential candidate with the mettle to lay claim to the ocean seabed bounties to that 50 yard line?
Bill Clinton Jorge Boosh have tried to cede the seabed to the United Nations. So, the internal solution to this challenge is for the adjacent USA States and Native American tribes to own and control the bounty from all the minerals within the bounds and adjacent ocean seabeds.
