Radioactive dust from Fukushima plant hit N. America soon after meltdown: researchers
Radioactive materials spewed out from the crippled Fukushima No. 1 Nuclear Power Plant reached North America soon after the meltdown and were carried all the way to Europe, according to a simulation by university researchers.

Yet another simulation to be
Yet another simulation to be downplayed and brushed away. When will we learn?
"Downplayed and brushed away"?
It's already a well known fact that it reached North America and Europe. It's been detected and widely reported. So, nothing to downplay or brush away there.
The problem with the other simulations is that the values were not accurate. Even the developers of those simulations themselves stated the potential for significant inaccuracy. After all, without accurate knowledge of how much was released, it's not possible to forecast amounts reacing other areas. The simulations appear to be relatively accurate on timing though.
