Please direct me to the EPA's changed acceptable levels: pre Fukushima and post Fukushima
All over the Internet you can find statements that the EPA has increased their acceptable levels of radiation for the public. Where can I access pre adn post acceptable levels? Just looking for the truth and trying to determine if this is fear mongering or actual fact.

I think people got confused
I think people got confused with the different levels that are used.
LOC: Levels Of Concern, established in 1986, which are lower
DIL: Derived Intervention Levels, established in 1998, which are higher and supposed to be in effect for only one year after a nuclear emergency.
I think, but I tried to read one PDF explaining the methodology and the formulas behind the DILs, for example, and it was kind of dense.
