"The Nebraska Emergency Management Agency said mandatory evacuations have been ordered for some parts of Fort Calhoun and Blair. NEMA didn't have information on the exact number of residents affected.

A spokeswoman in the Washington County sheriff's office said deputies were helping residents in low-lying areas pack up their houses Thursday afternoon."

They are talking about sheltering in schools and fire houses. And what they can do to protect the city. Not leaving the area completely to avoid a nuclear accident.

The only mention of the nuclear power plant is:
