The Nuremberg Code
Permissible Medical Experiments
1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.
This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.
2. The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.
3. The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results will justify the performance of the experiment.
4. The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.
5. No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.
6. The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.
7. Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability, or death.
8. The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.
9. During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.
10. During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.

not enough
Voting when elections are held is usually of questionable efficacy. Rich in symbolism and short on result. It is everything that leads up to an election that is meaningful. Of course the media, massively owned and controlled by elements that see the populace as economic units, sheep to be lead, a herd to be managed does all that it can to service its masters and almost always at the expense of the larger populace and the vulnerable. In the end of course it is the power of the purse that holds sway. Still the charade has value when a populace becomes truly engaged grasping at the levers of power, if only for a short while. Yes we must stay engaged as the part of the matrix we access mostly grows and is murdered generation by generation. Incremental gains that last can be made but this is the rarity. The construct has the power elite largely on a inter-generational glide path to steady accretion of wealth and power.
So be intentional. Work outside the construct as much as you can. Lead by example and work toward everyone's enlightenment.

Source: WASTE NOT, Title: “Fluoride, Teeth and the Atomic Bomb,” Date: September 1997, Authors: Joel Griffiths and Chris Bryson
Recently declassified government documents have shed new light on the decades-old debate over the fluoridation of drinking water, and have added to a growing body of scientific evidence concerning the health effects of fluoride. Much of the original evidence about fluoride, which suggested it was safe for human consumption in low doses, was actually generated by “Manhattan Project” scientists in the 1940s. As it turns out, these officials were ordered by government powers to provide information that would be “useful in litigation” and that would obfuscate its improper handling and disposal. The once top-secret documents, say the authors, reveal that vast quantities of fluoride, one of the most toxic substances known, were required for the production of weapons-grade plutonium and uranium. As a result, fluoride soon became the leading health hazard to bomb program workers and surrounding communities.
Studies commissioned after chemical mishaps by the medical division of the “Manhattan Project” document highly controversial findings. For instance, toxic accidents in the vicinity of fluoride-producing facilities like the one near Lower Penns Neck, New Jersey, left crops poisoned or blighted, and humans and livestock sick. Symptoms noted in the findings included extreme joint stiffness, uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhea, severe headaches, and death. These and other facts from the secret documents directly contradict the findings concurrently published in scientific journals which praised the positive effects of fluoride.
Regional environmental fluoride releases in the northeast United States also resulted in several legal suits against the government by farmers after the end of World War II, according to Griffiths and Bryson. Military and public health officials feared legal victories would snowball, opening the door to further suits which might have kept the bomb program from continuing to use fluoride. With the Cold War underway, the New Jersey lawsuits proved to be a roadblock to America’s already full-scale production of atomic weapons. Officials were subsequently ordered to protect the interests of the government.
After the war, experimentation and the dissemination of misinformation continued. Most notably, the authors state, bomb program scientists embarked on a campaign to calm the social panic about fluoride in the early 1950s, through lectures on fluoride toxicology and by promoting its usefulness in preventing tooth decay. Bomb program scientists played a leading role in the design and implementation of a fluoride study conducted in Newburgh, New York, from 1945 to 1956 in which fluoride was secretly added to public drinking water. In a classified follow-up operation referred to as “Program F,” blood and tissue samples were covertly collected from Newburgh citizens with the assistance of the State Health Department. The government eagerly studied the effects of fluoride in Newburgh, as a community-level fluoride exposure experiment.
The formerly top-secret papers—including letters, memos, and health reports—raise important questions about the U.S. government’s possible conflict of interest regarding fluoride use and promotion. If lower dose ranges were found hazardous by the Manhattan Project studies, these findings “might have opened the bomb program and its con-tractors up to lawsuits for injury to human health, as well as public outcry,” say the authors. The documents also state that “clinical evidence suggests that uranium hexafluoride may have a rather marked central nervous system effect…. It seems most likely that the F [code for fluoride] component rather than the T [code for the uranium] is the causative factor.”
It is feared that the Manhattan Project agenda directed researchers away from objectively evaluating the effects of fluoride well into the Cold War. “Information was buried,” concludes Dr. Phyllis Mullenix, the former head of toxicology at Forsyth Dental Center in Boston who was interviewed by Griffiths and Bryson. “There is so much fluoride exposure now, and we simply do not know what it is doing.”
UPDATE BY AUTHORS JOEL GRIFFITHS AND CHRIS BRYSON: “It’s an old story, fluoride. The early U.S. industrial polluters and their victims knew it best. It was just another day for them when the government announced fluoride would reduce children’s cavities. They would have been much better at enlightening the public about fluoride than the dentists of today, but they’re gone now.
“The fluoride story is a hangover from the Cold War, when the U.S. media would not abrogate `national security.’ They publicized the official line about fluoride, and that was that. The critical role of fluoride in the production of the atomic bomb and in many of the new industrial processes (rocket propellants, fluorocarbons, plastics, etc.) that made America the world’s leader after World War II was never mentioned. The nationwide damage wreaked by industrial fluoride pollution, and the role and motives of the bomb program and U.S. industry in establishing fluoride’s safety, was not mentioned either.

The aluminum, steel and fertilizer industries all produce toxic hazardous waste by-products called silicofluorides, which are much more toxic than lead, almost as toxic as arsenic, and contain some of both. Today, they can only be disposed of in expensive toxic waste dumps. Prior to "fluoridation" these companies spent a fortune disposing of this waste, and paying for damages to livestock and the environment. (See 0-1: "Fluoridation Revisited," by Dr. Murray N. Rothbard, Professor of Economics, University of Nevada, from The New American, 12/14/92. Also, see 0-2 and 0-3: copies of various Congressional Records, which speak of the problems that were encountered then, and are still occurring today).
"Alcoa's Vancouver, Washington plant was found guilty of dumping 1,000 to 7,000 pounds of fluoride poison each month into the Columbia River ... The fluoride contaminated the grass and forage and resulted in injury and death to cattle." Seattle Times, Dec. 16, 1952.
At Vancouver, disposal of 1,000 to 7,000 pounds of fluoride per month was considered pollution. Yet, if city officials dump as much or more fluoride into municipal water supplies (5,000 pounds a day in San Francisco) it is called a "health measure."
Dr. Edward Groth, III said:
"As a pollutant, fluoride has sufficiently severe effects, and is wide-spread enough, that the American Association for the Advancement of Science named fluoride the third most serious air pollutant in the country, (after SO2 and ozone) in December 1966. Over fifty industries were involved."
"Shortly after the U.S. Public Health Service began promoting the fluoridation of water supplies, they stopped reporting levels of airborne fluorides. Perhaps the answer lies in the fact that fluoride is potentially the most expensive pollutant industry has to deal with. When industrial plants are required to keep fluoride out of the air, they take the next cheapest route and dump it into the water."
"The question of fluoridation should be carefully evaluated in reference to what is known about fluoride pollution. Fluoride is added to water supplies in amounts far larger than concentrations that are known to be harmful in the air in order to reduce cavities in children's teeth." (See 0-4: "Air Is Fluoridated," Dr. Edward Groth III, former Senior Staff Officer, Environmental Studies Board, National Research Council, Washington D.C.)
F. B. Exner, M.D., F.A.C.R., stated: "The one utterly relentless force behind fluoridation is American 'big industry' and the motive is not profit as such, but fear. Fear of colossal damage suits, and fear that official intervention will begin to mushroom wherever fluoride devastates air, water, soil and all forms of life. Added to this is fear of forfeiting the legally permissible level for dumping fluoride wastes into water supplies which is presently in effect for the specific purpose of accommodating industry." (See 0-5: Another Fluoride Pollution Bombshell, Betty G. T. Franklin, Jan. 1968).
"As we approach the close of the first century, history appears to repeat itself, in that environment is again given prominence in the causation of disease involving man's management of the health hazards connected with air pollution, stream pollution, fluoridation (our emphasis) and radiation." Walter L. Bierring, M.D., Past President of American Medical Association, and Director of the State of Iowa Department of Health, Journal of American Medical Association, 12/19/59.
Laws controlling the disposal of toxic wastes do not permit the industries creating these fluorides to release them into the environment. However, the "laundering" process of fluoridation allows these same toxins to be spread indiscriminately on lawns and gardens, incorporated into processed foods, and released by the ton into water and air, in sewer effluent and sludge. In other words, their solution to pollution is dilution.

Gary Null:
"Now Dean remembered McKay and Black's claims that fluorosis victims mottled, discolored teeth were especially resistant to decay. He came up with the notion that fluoride added to the water supply at the magic threshold dosage of 1 ppm would prevent tooth decay, while avoiding damage to bones and teeth.(9) He recommended further studies to determine whether his hypothesis was true.
Griffiths continues: ´Back at the Mellon Institute, ALCOA's Pittsburgh industrial research lab, this news was galvanic. There, biochemist Gerald J. Cox immediately fluoridated some lab rats in a study and concluded that fluoride reduced cavities and that: "The case should be regarded as proved." In a historic moment in 1939, the first public proposal that the U.S. should fluoridate its water supplies was made not by a doctor, or dentist, but by Cox, an industry scientist working for a company threatened by fluoride damage claims and burdened by the odious expense of disposing of tons of toxic industrial waste. Cox began touring the country, stumping for fluoridation.(10) Dean would go on to carve out a nice career for himself as the "father" of public water fluoridation. He became the first dental scientist at the National Institute of Health, advancing to director of the dental research section in 1945. After World War II, he directed epidemiological studies for the Army in Germany. When Congress established the National Institute of Dental Research (NIDR) in 1948, Dean was appointed its director, a position he held until retiring in 1953.(11) In his post at the NIDR, he was to oversee the first clinical trial of fluoridation in an American city, Grand Rapids Michigan.(12).´"

Fluoride is a byproduct of aluminium smelting. It is a very effective PESTICIDE!
I've responded to a fluoride release about 12 years ago. A fruit orchard in Florida had a tank rupture. We set up a 5 mile exclusion zone in all directions. And evacuated residents downwind until all clear.
Fluoride particles are very concentrated. It will leach through just about any material if given enough time. It's almost an acidic aerosol when dispersed in a warm humid environment.
Keep fluoride exposure to a bare minimum. Children, pets and those with low thresholds to metallic chemicals should avoid fluoride all together.

The first large-scale productions of elemental fluorine were by opposing sides during World War II. Germany initiated high-temperature electrolysis production of fluorine to produce tons of chlorine trifluoride, a compound planned as an incendiary.[58] The United States's Manhattan project produced even more fluorine for use in uranium separation. Gaseous uranium hexafluoride, was used to separate uranium-235, key for nuclear explosions, from the more atomically inert uranium-238 in centrifuges and diffusion plants.[52] Because uranium hexafluoride releases small quantities of corrosive fluorine, the separation plants were built with special materials.

The first large-scale
