you can see even now that it's entirely localized to only over the reactors, not other areas closer to the company camera. Look for a timelapse to see how this originated from either 3 or 4.

I can see what looks like steam coming from the far building and blowing to the right. Which seems to increase as time goes by. Not sure which reactor building that is. But, then it looks like fog moved in from the left (which is consistent with the wind direction) and blanketed the whole site.

Looks like fog moving in to me

And the last picture taken at 4:06 is fogged in
Visibility is almost zero in the last still pic. It's not just localized around the buildings.
