Potassium Rich Foods
I understand that the body of plants and animals absorb cesium as it it were potassium. And there was a post here in this blog about potatoes absorbing more cesium than leafy greens. My question has to do with almond milk. I have been making my own almond milk and love it !! It is so rich and delicious, and easy to make. I just read that almonds are rich in potassium and was wondering if they would have a tendency to absorb more cesium than other plants ? I wonder if are safe to consume right now, after reading the potato report, I am wondering about the almonds too.

Probably the almonds you are
Probably the almonds you are using now were harvested months before Fukushima.
