I casual look at the link provided shows no link between any radiation and breast cancer. Not only that, but why aren't all types of cancer increased as well? Why Marin since the same water flows all over the bay? And since Marin gets its water from the Tam watershed, why would the Sierra water even matter? More likely that it would be more evident of cancer from Sierra water runoff that serves other counties.

And as for her curiosity about monitoring and cancer at Hiroshima: I personally have been to the peace memorial there, which has a Geiger counter as part of the exhibit. It's normal.
