Is the attachment in Japanese? (I haven't opened it - my phone doesn't support pdf well.) If so, your pdf reader may not have Japanese language support, so it has squares and underlines rather than Japanese "letters".

Sorry these are uranium

Sorry these are uranium results for Fukushima.

Odd plutonium results are not posted

As part of monitoring activity of the surrounding environment, we
conducted an analysis of plutonium contained in the soil collected on
March 21st and 22nd at the 5 spots in Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power
Station. As a result, plutonium 238, 239 and 240 were detected.
(Previously announced)

As the result of plutonium analyses in the soil from the sample at
the 3 periodic sampling spots collected on May 2nd, plutonium 234,
235 and 238 were detected as shown in the attachment 1.

Today, we informed the Nuclear and Industrial Safety Agency and the
government of Fukushima Prefecture of the results.

We will continue conducting the similar analysis.

Looks like a typo

I think they meant to say Uranium. The the numbers they
state in their press release are uranium atomic numbers.
