Have atmospheric emissions stopped?

Or at least been greatly reduced?

That's how it's looking to me, since the last few rain samples have been non-detects. I think that the majority of the stuff has washed out.

Comments? Has anyone seen air-samples from May at all?

Still releasing? Please keep us informed! Thanks!

keep 'bumping' this thread up. We are waiting and hoping for announcement that no more material is being released into the atmosphere. Our windows remain closed in our home until then and we minimize going outside thinking that the jet stream is dropping radioactive materials as it passes through Reno, NV We hope too, that this small effort minimizes our exposure somewhat!

Still releasing without steam and smoke

Simply having wind blow past the plant releases radiation. That's
why MEXT is measuring air and dust offshore. However, the level of
releases from the plant have obviously declined substantially from
March. If they hadn't, the BRAWM team and every govt. agency would
still be detecting it. But, they aren't. So, they are folding their
tents. The BRAWM team is still picking up very small amounts of
cesium. But, the Calif. Dept of Public Health stopped detecting
anything over a month ago. This is the exact same thing that happened
with Chernobyl. It went off the US air and precipitation monitoringradar screen after about a month.
