MOX and alpha,beta, gamma radiation

Does somebody have a link or brief overview of what exactly MOX fuel consist of and emissions resulting from rods containing MOX (reactor #3). I understand this includes Plutonium and Uranium, but anything else?
Secondly, is there an overview of what wave length all radionuclids emmmit that may have been present in any of the Fukushima reactors? Based on previous discussion there, I continue to be confused whether it is gamma or beta radiation that is most important to be monitored, and if the lack of monitoring data for alpha emitters is a concern.
