Would it be a surprise to the BRAWM team if they detected plutonium before 3/11?

It appears that the EPA has been detecting it off and on up until late
2008. Albeit VERY low amounts (0.27 aCi/M^3 or 0.27E-18 Ci/M^3) in
Richmond, Calif. Which is 0.00000000000000000000001 Bq/L.

They apparently detected 58.3 aCi/M^3 in Las Vegas back in 1981. Still
a very small amount. Although, I don't know what is considered small,
trace or miniscule for plutonium.

Be careful of the measurement unit. They used aCi (attocurie/10E-18 Ci)
for those results. Vs. pCi (picocurie/10E-12 Ci)
