If you have to go out in to it make sure to wear a jacket with a hood and take an umbrella. When going indoors leave the umbrella, hooded jacket and shoes outside – for good. Have separate indoor and outdoor clothes, also don’t leave pets to sleep outside and bring their food and water bowls indoors to prevent contamination.
