I just posted this comment on another thread: "NILU disclaimer, again".

My guess is that their forecasts (they are not measurements!) had become too irrelevant to the actual situation, and that is a much easier explanation for why they took them down. Somebody could contact them to confirm!

It wasn't the NILU forecasts the ones which were found to be 95% accurate. It was the prediction made by the CTBTO and it didn't seem to include concentrations, just arrival time of the different isotopes at the different monitoring posts.
