Basically, every sentence on that website is incorrect or misinformed. Unfortunately, there is so much misinformation there that I don't have the time to detail every mistake here. If you have a specific question about one of the issues that they raise, please post it, but most of the "toxic elements" they report are either naturally occurring or false alarms. Many of the issues have also been discussed previously on these forums.
