Is Natural News legit? "As radioactive fallout skyrockets, NaturalNews advises readers to consider precautionary doses of..."
This article discusses the radiation and how the media is ignoring. Is the author and his references legit? I don't know anything about them. Or are they just fear mongerers?

I have read Natural News for
I have read Natural News for years. I think it's legit - the most part. Sometimes they sensationalize but I think the health info is pretty good. I would say it's not a site for the "average" person because it promotes all organic, non irradiated (ha!), non processed, non-gmo, clean foods, herbs and supplements instead of pharma drugs whenever possible, alternative medicine, raw milk/dairy, reporting on the honeybee deaths, the dangers of pesticides/herbicides etc. Most people don't care too much about those things so that's why I say it's not for "average" folks. Maybe mainstream is a better word. They do have some interesting opinions on some issues (political, economic) which you can easily read on the site. We read this warning days ago. We were already taking herbs and supplements to help our immune systems and fight radiation (spirulina, chlorella, Siberian eluthero, probiotics, cod liver oil, Juice Plus, eating hopefully clean seaweed, etc). We take herbs and supplements daily so this wasn't a big change for us, just added a few things. We have used Chinese Medicine for many many years and it has been great for us. So this type of thinking isn't new or radical - to us. Probably really out there to most tho.
