to Dr. chivers and team: could you test the black particles on my car for plutonium?

Hello Dr. Chivers and team: I have a black dust/spots on my white car after driving in the rain for 10 - 15 minutes on Sunday night. Is it possible to test these stains for the presence of plutonium?
