Growing up in the 70s vs Growning up in the 10s (re I-131 et al)?

Does anyone have a comparison of I-131 and Cesium now compared to say growing up in the 70s in California or New York?

I've seen some reports of radionuclides being detected up until the 90s in milk in LA due to above ground Chinese nuclear testing etc..

Is there a page detailing similar measurements?

What's the general consensus?
