Russell Blaylock, MD, on the radiation dangers & how to deal with them

This MD has some REALLY useful info on remediation/prevention

I think probably the happiest solution he recomends is curcumin (from turmeric) which seems to be a real absolute medicine to protect the body from radiation harm.

Curry! Yummmm!

I actually use turmeric for inflammation in tea and take it with black pepper for internal healing (black pepper slows down the metabolizing by the liver so that the turmeric remains in the blood and body longer where it heals everything).

You can add turmeric to anything, practically, and even make capsules if you don't like the taste. You can buy it in bulk in most health food stores and Indian specialty shops. Other curry herbs also may help and curcumin is, I believe, found in a few other culinary herbs.

I would add that cilantro is good to clear heavy metals out of the body as I understand it. all antioxidents work well as well. But this MD has a number of recommendations so it is worth a listen.

as I have been using turmeric for some time I was glad to hear him say in this interview that it is a very powerful "radioprotective" plant (along with garlic). Eat well and heal!
