I think a lot of the goods haven't been produced because the factories have shut down.
Some cars being shipped to places other than the US were not allowed because of high radiation counts; I can't remember what country it was. It makes sense, they were stored outside.
*In theory*, the US would be testing imports for radiation ;-)
