Not sure that this is a surprise to anyone whose been following this forum, but the amounts in the milk seem really really high and that is sad and scary for those women.

The "safe" levels are apparently MUCH higher in Japan than our 3 pCi/L set by the EPA.

Scary and sad.

I DO hope that nursing women sho can manage it can pump some milk for BRAWM testing (which they are apparently willing to do).

980 pCi/kg is YIKES high. That really seems to mean that all of the Japanese folks downwind or up the food chain are getting massively dosed yet the Japanese authorities, as here in the US, have set levels not for safety but for the economy and to calm fears.

To me this is criminal. The crime began with the original lies that the power plants are safe. But the lies about the releases and the risks of harm are even more egregious because many people, especially children and fetuses and nursing infants will suffer and die because they are NOT informed about the risks so that they can take preventive measures. Heinous crimes these are.
