Rainwater in swimming ppol

Please let me know your opinion on whether we should empty our salt water pool and refill again with the tapwater from the hose? We are in Phoenix. It rarely rains, but of course it has rained several times in the past month. Do we need to empty and refill our pool? I know the rainwater contains much higher meaurements of cesium & iodine. Wouldn't the radionuclides just sit there in the swimming pool? If it doesn't I would be glad to hear that! (concerned mother)

Thanks for all you are doing!

We also own a pool, and I was thinking about whether bags of zeolite would help trap the radionuclides. TEPCO is using this to absorb the radioactive isotopes from the leaking seawater. I don't know how I would find a reputable, zeolite dealer.

We have a pool out here in

We have a pool out here in California and I have been thinking the same thing. My kids live in the pool in the summer, but the thought of them swimming in it this year makes me cringe. Are there environmental labs that will test your pool water?
