it is interesting that San Jose in California which is in a valley has also not been working for weeks. I believe Richland is more inland, I would assume that radiation would like to concentrate inland or in a valley, so it is curious that the EPA chooses not to fix those monitors.

A lot of them haven't been working. I am going to post another link right now and I hope everyone watches it and takes heed. The man has been in the industry for years and he testified as an expert at in court about Chernobyl.
