Article about action plan...comments please

I've just seen this article and video about the possibility that the leaks will go on for 3 months. I am not sure how trustworthy the source is - any thoughts?

Is Fukushima Still Leaking Radiation?

Could someone please advise?

Is the amount of radiation leaking (if any) a continuing concern?

Does anyone know why it takes the EPA weeks to "peer review" and release information on their readings for California?

My apologies if these have been answered previously, but I have tried to navigate these forums and have not found answers. If anyone can point me to a thread I would be grateful.

I also saw the information linked above and am wondering about it.
