New April 10th Video - Assessment and Comments?

Could the UCB staff please view THIS VIDEO dated April 10th and give your assessment on how this information will cause the radiological event we are now experiencing to continue, both in the duration of fallout and the levels of radionuclides we are likely to continue to see throughout North America? Due to this new information, would it be reasonable to conclude that this event will last more than a year, and the levels of radionuclides in North America will rise and/or accumulate substantially?

There are also other very informative videos on that page and the April 10th video states that the fuel rods have melted and released the pellets to melt through the bottom of the reactors.

I would like to hear what the UCB team thinks about the ongoing consequences of this as stated in my Original Post above.

i wonder how much that zirconium zircalloy fuel rod cost and what it was worth.. i am starting to see the insanity of designing, implementing and maintaining a nuclear reactor.

To be honest, from reports early-on it sounded like the reactors were in meltdown.

This is a nice demonstration of the concept, but how does it change what has already occurred?
