airplane flights

If the radioactive particles travel in the jet stream, where the international flights to eg europe fly, how likely is it that one would be breathing radioactive air for the duration of the flight ? Does it get into the airplane cabin / airconditioning ?
Have measurements been done inside airplanes ?
