Class action suit
Dear Readers:
the more I hear about how the US and EPA has handled the fallout situation, the more I think that they deserve a class action suit from everyone of us. They did not provide accurate data on time, monitors are not functioning in sevearl cities, e.g. San Jose, Fresno etc...
In addition, we were not told how to minimize exposure. Instead, we were reassured that the radiation is safe, despite the fact, that the monitors were not even working in some locations.
The US government and EPA acted negligent, failure to provide timely and accurate data comprising the full range of particles usually involved in nuclear accidents. Who are we, do they think, that we can be treated like that?
Failure to advise us how to minimize exposure (rain etc.) and I have not seen a single publication warning each and every one citizen when the rainwater was highly radioactive.
What do you all think?
We need to speak up. This is the first time that the US was faced with such a crisis, and the US government utterly failed.
I would like to see Mr. Obama loose his shirt as a consequence of a class action suit. Do not forget, during the first week of fallout, I was told he was in South America, a place that was known would not be reached by the fallout. It is not that I am against Obama, do not get me wrong, in fact I voted for him, it is about how utterly poorly he handled it and the lack of information.
Not to mention, I do not recall a single warning to pregnant citizen, when indeed there are known to be more vulnerable (see chernobyl)
Therefore, we need to form a group for a class action suit.
The earlier the better.

I am outraged by the
I am outraged by the non-action by the Obama administration too about this serious issue, japan said it could last for 10 years! Their excuse is the radiation is too high to be near the reactor, so they just let it open and emitting radiation everyday for the next 10 or more years!!!!!!!! Obama should do something! Being the worlds superpower, there are lots more can be done to fix it! Start acting or get out of whitehouse!!!!!
Class Action:You need a team of professionals to provide data
Maybe Greenpeace may have some constructive ideas in this direction since their professionals have been monitoring the situation quite closely by sending their own teams to measure the radioactivity in the air and the sea. You will need to provide professional assessment with objective hard data to prove the case so Greenpeace would be a good place to start:
