Question re: test dates of samples

I appreciate you posting the "sell by" date, but I drank milk with a sell by date of 4/4.

Isn't it important to know when the sample was tested? If, for example, it was tested on 3/28, then five days passed between then and when I drank some, so wouldn't the levels be somewhat lower by then?

Perhaps you could also put a testing date on the sample data pages.
