The point I am making is, for me, it is hard to believe that the NUK department is unable to test for uranium, plutonium and strontium.

I think they are all FOS. As FOS as the Japanese are. All the nuke community cares about is preserving the publics opinion and mores so the governments opinions so they can keep building and using nuclear technology. Safety as we see is obviously not high on the priority list. Cover ups are the theme and eventually they will not be able to avoid the truth. Unfortunate as it is, then it will be too late.
