Joseph- could you please answer our question about the high reading in Missouri?

Dear Joseph:

you just answered to the high radiation reading in Missouri that it is not I123. We really would like to know in your expert opinion, what kind of element could emit such a high radiation in just a few rain drops?
I think we are not to interested in the fact that it is not I123.
I find your answer evasive, to say the least. Could you please speculate mor openly, could it be plutonium or uranium? You did not answer the question again.
