anybody got a stuffy nose? lighteaded?

I am wondering wether anybody of you has any symptoms like stuffy nose, lightheadness. My nose feels stuffy for 40 minutes now, can barely breath through it.

No Stuffyness but Lightheaded

I have had bouts of light-headedness off and on for awhile now during the last couple of weeks. Previously, I only experienced this same feeling after concussions or when holding a cell phone to my head. I try to only use a cell phone on speaker as much as possible now, but the odd time I hold it to my head I get the same feeling again.

There is no doubt in my mind that I am experiencing the same feeling when the plume levels in our area are higher, I am convinced that is what is causing it. It gets to the point of a nauseous feeling, but no nausea.

You could be having panic

You could be having panic attacks. It would be understandable with everything that's going on (nothing to be ashamed of).

Not a panic attack.

Trust me, it is not a panic attack and I feel no need to panic, it is not my nature. In fact dying in 10 to 20 years of thyroid cancer does not really concern me too much with the way the world is going. I am more interested in hearing the facts, but also being honest about my personal experiences.

What I do find interesting is the fact that I have had concussions at age 5, 9 and 17 in my youth, and that possibly the development of my brain may differ by increased susceptibility and sensitivity to certain factors.

I am now middle-aged and may very well be a good university specimen one day, just hopefully not by this particular department.
I am also interested however on how others may feel in the coming days, (anxiety attacks excluded) as it seems much of what has passed over where I live on the west coast is now heading south toward California.

CALM DOWN. UC Berkley is

CALM DOWN. UC Berkley is giving us numbers. Until you own your OWN alpha spectrometer, please take a xanax and calm down.

The levels they are seeing right now, based on their testing, is nothing to get too upset about. I DO think that if the levels remain elevated then we need to look at who in our families is eating what.

It may be prudent to restrict milk intake for infants and toddlers. Having milk tested every few days will be the true way to discern threat.

Why would UC Berkley cover anything up? These people are NOT part of the government. If anything they are sort of like watchdogs. They are one of the ONLY places releasing REAL numbers and not some fake "1000 times" above and below safe levels.
