I am not sure anyone can give you a perfect answer to this. There are so many considerations to this that it's almost impossible to answer.
How would your diet and living conditions differ in the UK? How clean is the air in the UK at the location were you would stay vs here? Were would you have less stress? Is the reduced radiation worth the plane flight which is stressfull and gives you some radiation. Etc. Etc. There are so many variables! Some may be even more important than Fukashima.

Thanks, I know this is my dilemma. There are so many factors. It just seems that this is getting worse all the time. I am in BC and as the government is refusing to test milk, etc it is really hard to trust what they say. Thanks for your input.
