I propose to keep a list of our future illnessess of our family including thyroid cancer and leukemia
Dear Readers:
in light of the continuing contamination with radioactive iodine and other particles, I suggest to create a forum where we will keep track of future cancer in our family and ourselves. The results of chernobyl show that it took 5 years after chernobyl for the first cases of thyroid cancer to appear, even 14 years later and more.
If we create and national registry for the future, with information wich person has a cancer diagnosis and where they had lived during the Fukushima accident and year thereafter, we can establish a statistiacl analysis.
There is no end in sight in Japan, and we need to be prepared that sooner or later it will affect the health of us and our family.

Just as an FYI - there are
Just as an FYI - there are systems in place to track cancer. For example the SEER registry

and there are others. These are examined nationally and by geographic areas, so changes will become apparent as they happen.
It's always good to track and know your family history and to share that information with your healthcare providers.
