Also Not Good
Until today, Reactors 5 & 6 were SUPPOSED to be the ones we DIDN'T need to worry about... the ones that were supposedly in "cold shutdown" and "safe". Now they're venting to avoid hydrogen explosions. Funny, every time they did that before, they HAD hydrogen explosions. Here come more radioactive releases... Will they have to abandon the site entirely? And NO ONE IS REPORTING THIS, FOLKS. Check out the Japan Atomic Industrial Forum's latest status update:

...We haven't seen the end of this, folks, not nearly.

Liars, damn liars, and false statistics
From the latest JAIF report referenced above:
"TEPCO evaluated that eating fish and seaweed caught near the plant every day for a year would add some 25% of the dose that the general public receive from the environment for a year."
Oh, REALLY? I want to see someone at TEPCO catch a fish (assuming there are any still alive) from there, and haul in a bowl of yummy seaweed, and eat it. Every day. For a year. I'll be willing to bet cash money he'd be dead before he finished his first meal.

Even better...
Also from JAIF's latest report: "It is presumed that RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL INSIDE THE REACTOR VESSEL MAY [HAVE] LEAKED OUTSIDE AT UNIT 1, [UNIT] 2 AND UNIT 3, BASED ON RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL FOUND OUTSIDE."
Oh, that's lovely.
