Are "they" making it rain in bay area so that plume doesnt affect rest of US that produces grain? Precipitation forecast for Apr 7 amd 8... and from NILU site, large amount of radiation expected to reach Cal Apr 6th ...

I've noticed this too. I'd also be curious to hear UCB's thoughts on this enenews.com forecast. Is it legit? How can they predict this? Do they expect the 6th and 7th to be especially bad for CA? Do we need to prepare somehow? There's absolutely nothing in the news about this which means either the forecast is bogus or info's being suppressed. Which is it?

I would say that it happens to match up with rain because they use the weather patterns to make these radiation forecasts. There is probably a front moving in from Alaska, as they always do, and this is either pushing or pulling a lot of the atmosphere along with it, including radiation...
