Vit D and sunlight for kids
Many people have suggested that keeping indoors is a highly effective way to reduce radiation exposure.
How do I compensate for lack of sunlight exposure in kids? Anybody supplementing with Vit D drops/other Vit drops? What dosage do you use?
Thanks very much!

Very important question - yes
If you are uncertain about whether or not it poses a threat and are keeping your child indoors, then you should definitely consider supplementing Vitamin D. You should ask your pediatrician about appropriate dosing. Also, addressing professor miller's comment about his staff's children enjoying the sun. There are many doctors who smoke despite the fact that they know it is very likely to cause many types of cancers. There are many obese doctors as well, who do not exercise or eat well. Just because someone has knowledge doesn't mean they use it wisely.
Well said.
I couldn't agree more.
